While no service can  completely eliminate mosquitos, our service greatly reduces the mosquito population by upwards of 75%.

The most noticeable effect may be noticed within 24 hours of the initial treatment, and the treatment will last for close to 21 days.

A typical treatment for a property up to 1 acre in size takes approx. 15-30 minutes depending on the number of technicians spraying.

The start of the year depends upon weather but usually starts in May and extends until September. We recommend every 3 weeks during this time-frame.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulates mosquito control through standards instituted by the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act. This act mandated extensive testing for public health. Currently there are only 5 adulticides that are permitted for use – to gain perspective, prior to regulation there were close to 100.

Mosquito’s can transmit diseases like Zika, West Nile and Malaria (not common in the US)

The barrier spray is water and and low dose insecticide that is applied around the perimeter of a yard.  The spray is mostly water and a surfactant that helps the insecticide stick to surfaces.The spray is applied to shrubs, foliage and other areas within the area to be protected from mosquitoes.   This barrier treatment targets adult mosquitoes and effectively knocks down the population.  The spray dries colorless and has no effects on plants.
